Dave was quick to identify the problem and then fixed the faucet efficiently. He was capable and friendly. It was, however, costly, for a fifteen minute job; the hourly rate was high. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Thank you for your response, we love hearing our customers feed back. I couldn't agree with you more about $140 for 15 mins worth of work is costly. Your first 125.00 actually covers you for an hour, plus travel time, for a licensed plumber to possibly be stuck in traffic or bad weather, or congesstion no matter where he's coming from, your covered. Also bringing our mobile shop on wheels to your residents is costly, we carry more stock on board then your average service company to save our customers time and money by not going to get material on your time. We also pay our plumbers a minimum of an hour and a half for each service call. Plus the overhead of administrative staff, wsib coverage, insurance, and warranty coverage on your job. Not even mentioning overtime. Then the gov't of course on top of all these costs. A lot of people not in the mobile service world would understand where that $125 plus material may go.
