Tom's attention to detail is second to none. He is upfront, honest, and affordable if you are looking for custom window shutters. He has been in the business many years and does all the milling, assembly and installation himself. I wouldn't be surprised if there was ever an instance where he had to redo anything as it won't get installed if it doesn't pass his quality control. We need more small business owner like him!
