We had some problem with sewage pumping from the basement level to the septic tank, so every time when the pump was working the smell penetrated to the bedroom upstairs. We called Stepan. He found an issue: A builder used wrong sewage pipe size (too small) and wrong connection to the line too far from a vent, so pressurized sewage penetrates back to the shower drain and smell. Stepan find a solution how to fix it: he replaced the sewage pipe, laid it in a different direction and connected it to the proper point on the main pipe according to the code. Very fast fixed it! Our inconvenience is over! Amazing job! Stepan is highly experienced, professional, responsible and highly educated.
In addition, he fixed water supply to our new furnace humidifier (the supplier provides incorrect defective valve connection).
