We hired Nathan of Siemens Hardwood Floors to redo our floor through the main floor, and up the stairs. We didn't want engineered hardwood, and Nathan seems to specialize in unfinished floors. During the decision stage, Nathan brought us multiple samples of different wood products, and we decided to go with a solid Hickory. When the wood arrived, he wasn't happy with the quality of the milling, and made the decision not to install it right away because he felt it wouldn't look good. Instead, he lost two days of income due to scheduling issues related to getting new wood, and he worked with the supplier to get a new shipment sent. Throughout the whole process Nathan was worried about how we were taking the whole thing, and you could tell that he has a great deal of professional pride! The end product looks excellent, and my whole family is happy with the job he did.
Replacing your floors is stressful, but working with Nathan reduces that stress level as you know you can trust him to do the right thing and to deliver a quality product. He earns a 10 out of 10!
