Had Post Arc put a new fence around my backyard. Everything went well at the beginning. They wanted to keep the planks at 8ft so they would have to cut them to the legal 6ft. I was concerned and asked them to make it 6ft but they reassured me that it would not be a problem and that they would come back to bring the fence down if there were any issues. Once the fence was up the city told me that the fence was illegal and too high. So I called Post Arc and they said they would come by to fix the fence. Well they never came and simply ignored all my calls after that. I would definitely not recommended this company to any friends. I did eventually get a hold of them and the owner told me that they won’t do anything about it. This is after the fact that they promised me repeatedly that they would. The gates are already broken but I don’t care about that. Integrity and ethics are everything and there is nothing worse than being taken for a ride.
