What a pleasant experience! I was dreading the upheaval of painting the whole condo, but there was no anxiety at all! Elaine and Kathryn were prompt and efficient in preparing one room at a time. They were totally accommodating to my wishes ( ie not unplugging tv and moving CD bookcases without removing ALL the CD,s). Their attention to detail was constant. They were very efficient in moving the furniture. And bent over backwards to replace everything. They aim to make the process as easy and uncomplicated as possible....and they certainly did ! They take pride in their work. I give them much more than 10!! I highly recommend Flynn's Painting!

We needed to re-paint the interior of our 3-bedroom house before putting it up for sale. After getting two other quotes, we decided on Flynn's Painting.

Elaine Flynn came by to see the house and, shortly therafter, gave us a detailed quote with timelines. Not only was the quote better than the others we received, her project time line was better and her response to our follow-up emailed questions were quick and detailed.

The work that was done was excellent and done in a very short time.

Not only that, Elaine went above and beyond by painting an extra wall (after checking with us) and suggesting better colours than we had originally requested. She even made lighting suggestions for one room that we appreciated and used.

Not only was the work done professionally, I have to say that Elaine's communication skills were exceptional. We received constant updates on the work, and any questions we sent were responded, in detail, in very little time. The quote was exactly what we paid.

Elaine herself was extremely friendly and very easy to deal with (even our 3 1/2 year old toddler loved seeing her!).

We will certainly be using her services again and have recommended her services to others.

We were looking to paint our condo and received a recommendation from a Benjamin Moore paint store. Elaine was incredible. She was available at my convenience for a quote, and her price ended up being extremely comparable to other quotes we had received. Her schedule was also extremely flexible, and she started the project within 2 days of the quote. She was able to pay attention to detail and yet not compromise efficiency. She plastered and painted as well as sanded down many imperfections. She also came back at a later date, once we had finished some construction, to ensure we were 100% satisfied. Although we were very picky, Elaine rose to the challenge and in fact, went above and beyond - not just to make us happy, but because she cares deeply about her own work. Our paint job now looks INCREDIBLE! We certainly got the "diamond" level treatment. Thank you Elaine! We are recommending you to everyone we know!

During a recent conversation with a client, I mentioned I was in the midst of getting quotes to paint my condo, and she suggested contacting Elaine Flynn. Great advice! I called Elaine and she was able to come to my place a few days later to access the scope of work and provide me with a quote (rec'd later that same day). Her pricing was extremely fair and she and her associate were able to complete the project later that same week. They were a pleasure to deal with....professional, prompt (arrived exactly when they were scheduled), and meticulously detailed. I would recommend Flynn's painting in a heartbeat!

The work completed by Flynn’s Painting was exceptional. The project included painting all of the ceilings, walls, woodwork and trim in a 1300 sq. foot condo suite. Our interior decorator had recommended 5 different complimentary shades of paint (including two accent walls). This required careful edging and trimming by the painters who took extra care to ensure all of the edges were straight. The condo was fully furnished which was another challenge. The painters moved furniture where access was required and carefully covered all the furniture and floors. At the end of each day all of the furniture that had been moved was moved back to its original position and all work areas were thoroughly cleaned. The type of paints used were quick-drying and had very little smell. As a result I was able to return and stay in the condo each night and did not have to move out as I had originally anticipated doing. I highly recommend Flynn Painting.

This was the most fantastic painting contractor I have ever dealt with!! Not only was the price better than 4 other quotes the quality of work was perfect. Don't hesitate to hire Elaine and her crew. There is no doubt in my mind that you will be satisfied.

After a major home renovation, Elaine and Katherine painted 2 floors of my house and cleaned up some messy contractor work. Elaine worked with me patiently on colours and assisted/directed where necessary. Paint job was tremendous.
