But when Jim came to the house to provide the estimate, his professional and respectful demeanour was obvious. The type of professionalism that is rare these days. He took the time to take us through options and never rushed the conversation. In the end, we could make an intelligent and more informed decision as a result of his taking the time to answer questions. Euro Star replaced all the windows in my home, and it was a pleasant surprise to find out that the installation team were a reflection of Jim's standards...professionalism, respect and courtesy. We received quotes from various companies and although Eurostar's quote was very similar to the other companies, Jim's knowledge and response time to our questions and concerns were fantastic. We are very pleased with the work that Euro Star Windows and Doors did on our home. We had two bathroom windows, one bedroom window and one dining room window removed and replaced; also had aluminum trim installed over two patio sliding doors. Jim the project boss was friendly and knowledgeable and always kept us informed as to the status. Ilya and Dimitri did the actual work and they were great! Skilled, fast and friendly.
