We replaced almost all the windows in our house, including two huge fixed ones. We were given good advice and suggestions on options and changes were made to accommodate the odd sizes. One window had to be resized and they rebuilt the header. Two new windows were cut in the bedroom wall and they were done quickly with minimal mess. Although the price was higher than we'd hoped, in the end, I believe it was well worth it. The windows are obviously good quality, even meeting our neighbour's approval (he had strong opinions). There were a few small fixes to be done (handles changed), but the company was very good at following up until we were satisfied. And we really love the pattern in our front hallway window, beautiful and private both.

Our house had the original windows and doors from 1960. Extreme cold last winter finally pushed us to replace them. We got quotes from a couple of big reputable companies and stumbled upon EuroStar on the Internet. It didn't take long to see the difference. We got our choice of coloured vinyl and triple glazing at about the same cost as regular windows from the other companies. The installation took four full days. The crew worked hard and created far less mess than we had been expecting. The Windows and Doors look great. The house is noticeably more comfortable and much quieter.

Our salesperson Les Dalzell was extremely knowledgeable and we are very happy with his service. The installation technicians were very good and when finished left the house and property very tidy. The scheduling people allowed only one day for the installation when it required 2 full days. The technicians remedied this to our full satisfaction. We will be in the market for additional new windows and will certainly use Euro Star again.

EuroStar Windows and Doors were recommended to me by a previous satisfied customer. I am very pleased with the quality, the maintenance free finish, better sound proofing, low E and better insulation of the windows. The installers were very professional, the workmanship was excellent plus they took care to protect the furnishings during installation and the cleanup was great. I had an issue with the grill spacing in the bay window and after a discussion with the owner he replaced the two side panels to my satisfaction. I have been VERY satisfied with the products they provide as well as the superior job of installation. Their sales rep is knowledgeable and helpful and their installers are punctual, hardworking and careful. They always leave the site tidy. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had dealings with the company for a number of years, gradually replacing all my windows. The last tranche of windows was installed this summer and I was quite pleased with the result. The product is good but equally important is the competence of the installers - very professional. I was particularly pleased with the company's willingness to replace a broken seal on a patio door and replace another defect in an upstairs window on previously installed windows without question. I do not ordinarily write reviews but they earned this one.

Norm and Igor are the Stars in this company. Norm showed us what windows were available and explained their features fully. My husband and I decided to go with EuroStar Windows and Doors. We were called with an install date. All the windows were ready for the date except the back door. The windows were installed in two days with the guys cleaning up any mess that had occurred. All looked great. The door was installed one week later. There have been very small problems with one window and the door. Igor is the "champ" of customer service. He makes it his business to take care of a problem as soon as possible. The window and door were taken care of the next day. This company acceded my expectations. They are the best.
