Euro Star Windows And Doors Ontario

We recently installed the Euro star tilt and turn windows for our house. The windows are beautiful and work really well. We got great customer service. They took a little time to receive (since coming from Europe), but were well worth the wait.

SALES: Igor was very thorough in explaining various options and there advantages and disadvantages.INSTALL: Phil proved to highly experienced and meticulous in his finishing. Great sense of humour as well.The neighbours have been effusive in their remarks on the completed look.

Eurostar did our new European door and it looks great. Vlad and Mike(I think) did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the door and anxiously awaiting our custom glass. Les was very good at explaining all of our options and what was available to us in our situation. The team at Eurostar went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied customers and said that they would even return in the winter to adjust the door once it had settled.

I was looking to replace my current patio door and window to a large lift-and-slide door to open up my living space to my deck. I contacted many companies and got high rough estimations. Igor from Eurostar was the only person to come to my home to see the actual scope of work, explain the difference between different models and options. No pressure sale and up selling which made me very comfortable.I decided to get a Canadian manufacturered lift and slide. Igor kept me in the loop throughout the process and communicated well through texts. Halfway through the process I decided to change my front door and kitchen window as well. Igor ensured me that they will be done as I wish and gave me the option to either get the front door first or do it all at once.Construction/Installation went well. Igor and his partner explained what needed to be done a few weeks prior to install and the process of reinforcing the opening during install. Very pleased with the product, install and service.

The work was excellent! The workers were polite, on time, good at what they did. They cleaned up after the work was complete. All in all a very professional install. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
