Mike was so great to deal with. I needed new carpet for our basements stairs done within a VERY short timeframe - and he delivered. He sent me photos of in-stock carpet, I chose from that, and he came within one day to install. He came on time, and was done and gone within less than two hours. AND the stairs look great!
