Mike was incredibly helpful and accommodating from the start. He promptly replied to all inquiries and the runner was installed shortly after ordering. Very quick turnaround for everything - from viewing samples to installation. We appreciated that he came to our house to see the samples in our lighting; Excellent service overall!
