Exceptional, prompt service - knowledgeable and polite, addressed a tough job, good results, gave me good recommendations for better care going forward.

WOW. Far exceeded my expectations

on an Olefin Carpet. Not only did a fantastic job of cleaning a really dirty carpet but gave me some great hints for keeping it in better condition. He arrived (during COVID) wearing hazardous outwear from top to bottom. Impressive service Vivid will be my go-to from here on. Final cost was right on the pre-stated estimate.

Incredible Service

Roland was incredibly professional from the second I called him to the after care policy he has. I would highly recommend Vivid Cleaning. I had 2 couches and our stairs, landing cleaned. Roland not only provided a competitive quote but showed us the work on a REALLY tough stain to ensure we wanted to continue. For a job well done and a fair honest company I have all the time in the world and so should you.
