Nick from Whitby Garage Doors replaced the door. He arrived about 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and completed it in no time. It looks great. The next the gentlemen who does the capping work showed up again about 15 minutes ahead of schedule and completed the rest of the work. All the work was completed and looks great.

From start to finish these guys were professional. Was happy to be able to go into their shop to see samples. Brandon worked with us showing jobs they had completed, dealt with all of our questions and was knowledgeable of the products.

To the clear and detailed quote provided by Chad and the expert installation of my new doors and opener by Colin who went above and beyond to correct an issue left by the builder. After coming home one morning, I heard a sound that vaguely resembled the Apocalypse, and it came from my garage. To my surprise, the spring on my garage door broke. I called and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. The work was done quickly, and the price was exactly as quoted.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the whole experience, even though the initial sound of the spring breaking is still ringing in my ears. If and when I need work done in the future, I will be glad to give them my business again.

This company was referred to me by another company in Aurora who wasn't servicing garage doors in the Oshawa area anymore. This turned out to be an excellent selection as they sent a technician promptly (Nick A) who was very courteous and showed great professionalism when it came to identifying the problem, broken springs, and then fixing it within an hour. The electric garage door now opens and closes without posing any danger of hurting anyone! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had problems with my garage door not opening. Several failed attempts put the door on an angle. I called another company before I called 'Whitny Garage Doors'. The customer service over the phone with that other company wasn't great so I decided not to go that route. I called Whitby Garage Door and spoke with Nick. He was courteous and made every effort to work with my schedule. Nick was also the technician that came out. He did a great job! He was very pleasant. He spent the time needed to fix the problem. He did not try to sell me unnecessary 'parts'. He made every effort to resolve the issue, and that he did. There prices are also quite reasonable. Happy customer
