Whitby Garage Doors were incredible in their customer service and workmanship. Brandon (hopefully spelled correctly) took all the information for the appointment and fit me in during the holiday season. Nick showed up in the time indicated and his work was done very professionally and quickly, he gave advice on maintaining and cleaning various parts and did not try to "up sell", he made recommendations about parts that "could" use replacing in time and I was more than happy with the work and service that I will definitely call them when I do decide to repair / replace these parts. Well done and friendly.

The staff were wonderful to work with! Brandon walked us through choosing appropriate new garage doors and openers. When he visited our home, he carefully took into consideration our needs. Riley and Nick installed the new garage doors, openers and an external keypad. The work was completed with every detail being attended to. We were so impressed with the work that we contacted Brandon and discussed having a new entry door installed. Once again, Brandon was amazing to work with! He suggested a glass pattern that turned out to be outstanding. Brandon and Riley installed our new entry door with the same excellent workmanship as was extended to the installation of our garage doors and openers. I should mention that their cladder, Robert, did a wonderful job cladding the new garage doors and an existing passage door using a method that involved cutting a fine groove in the surrounding brick and inserting the aluminum cladding. He used no caulking! We also used Whitby Garage Doors to undertake a removal and reinstallation of a garage door opener at our daughter's new to her home. The previous owners had done a hack job at installing the opener. It was totally dismantled and reinstalled by Riley! It now operates the way it should have from the start. Wendy, at the office, is wonderfully pleasant to deal with as well! Are we pleased with the work on all projects, indeed we are!
Pricing was not posted as they were three distinctly different jobs. All pricing was reasonable and fair!

Nick from Whitby Garage Doors completed our install and we are very happy with the final result. We have used Whitby Garage Doors for repairs previously and when our current door needed replacing, they were our first logical call. Nick was on-time, professional, and worked efficiently to get the job done - awesome work! Chad, who provided the initial consult and the office staff were all very easy to work with. Great local company that I would not hesitate to call in the future.

I am so impressed with the whole experience with Whitby Garage Doors. We did not have the easiest installation with one side of the double garage being 3 inches higher than the other. The team were so knowledgable and worked extra time to get it looking great. Riley went the extra mile to make it work and all the staff were courteous and so helpful. Today i called with a small problem after the casing was installed which sometimes happens and Riley was here within hours, making the necessary adjustments .
Way to go team and I will certainly recommend you to all my friends.

Contacted Whitby Garage Doors after the spring on my home's garage door broke. The team were pleasant and patient while talking to me and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Nick came out the following day and was very pleasant and replaced my garage door spring in record time! Whitby Garage Doors will be my first call the next time that I need any work done in the future!

I contacted Whitby Garage Doors to replace a door track with a taller system. They also replaced the opener with a wallmount unit (all to free up overhead space)

The staff were friendly and professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

We had our old wood garage doors replaced with new steel doors. We also decided to replace our door openers and also have the wood frame capped with aluminum. Pricing was very competitive and the experience was excellent. Chad, the salesperson, was very easy to work with and gave excellent recommendations based on our preferences and budget. He also did not pressure us to get new openers and the quote was itemized so that we could decide if we wanted to go with only doors now and the rest next year. We decided to get everything done at once. The installer worked diligently and finished the installation in a timely manner. He also helped me program the new openers and showed me how to use them. The installer was excellent and very professional.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Excellent quality and service. And very easy to work with!
