Arborwood Tree Service provided a reasonable quote for removal of a tree that had fallen on our shed and neighbour's fence. Mark and his crew arrived promptly and were professional in every way. The limb was removed safely and without further damage to our shed or the fence. Our property, and that of our neighbours was left spotless. We would certainly recommend and use Arborwood again.

Unreliable, very unreliable. I had an appointment booked for between 10:00&12:00 for a quote. I had taken the morning off of work for this appointment. I work in shop at home sales, and when I make an appointment, I keep it. If I'm going to be late, I call.
After waiting until 12:15 I called the office to see what was going on. The person answering the phone seemed very disinterested in my predicament. As mentioned, I had taken the morning off of work. The estimator called me 10 minutes after that having no clue what I was speaking about. He told me there was no time set for the appointment. Nonsense. Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Very professional, open communication with questions and suggestions “if this was my yard”, cleaned up any branches and even blew leaves and driveway! I am ver very happy!

Huge old Beech tree lost very large limb which was caught up in another tree. Excellent skilled arborists brought the very large tree down piece by piece it was so tall and close to our home and the neighbour’s. Both trees were safely brought down, everything was cut up and chipped or taken away. Our property was totally cleaned up. If the trees weren’t missing you’d never know any work had gone on. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent service. Excellent work, fair price, amiable and efficient staff.

I was very pleased with the work performed. The team arrived on time and were extremely professional in every way. They were obviously very well trained. They paid particular attention to safety and removed each of the limbs very carefully, taking every precaution not to damage my deck and also my neighbour's deck which was also in very close proximity.
