We chose Joe based on recommendations from several people. To say we were satisfied and impressed would be an understatement. We did a 2' x 4' porcelain tile floor to ceiling. It was quite challenging as it is quite an old home. Joe was so meticulous and professional considering several other contractors were not interested in the job. Joe installing a 4 foot tile when they only make a 3 foot break gives you an idea of the challenge of this job. it was done to perfection. We will definitely hire Joe for any future projects. It's nice to know there's still people who take great pride in their work.

Unreliable, very unreliable. I had an appointment booked for between 10:00&12:00 for a quote. I had taken the morning off of work for this appointment. I work in shop at home sales, and when I make an appointment, I keep it. If I'm going to be late, I call. After waiting until 12:15 I called the office to see what was going on. The person answering the phone seemed very disinterested in my predicament. As mentioned, I had taken the morning off of work. The estimator called me 10 minutes after that having no clue what I was speaking about. He told me there was no time set for the appointment. Nonsense. Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Hi Mark, I am sorry for the delayed response to this review. I can assure you we have had some technical difficulties in our office with a temporary office person who for obvious reasons didn't do everything needing done and on top of that our sales persons ical has been dropping appointments. we have finally got two the root of the problem last week and then I noticed this. I hate making excuses as our track record has been very good and I apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused. I know it is really late, but if there is anything we can do please let me know and I will dig up your info and call you back.

We hired Joe from a strong recommendation from a close friend. we live in an older home that basically doesn't have a straight wall or floor in the place. We selected tiles that were 2' x 4', very, very big. to say the job was a challenge would be an understatement. I have never met someone so meticulous and caring to do a proper install, it basically took him twice as long as it should have had it been a normal install. we are beyond happy with the quality of the workmanship. I would highly recommend Joe for any job around your home. after the vanity and toilet go in I will post some pictures on his site. Bravo!
