Four young men showed up at the time and date agreed upon. With all the work we have had done over the 23 years we have lived here, date and time has rarely, if ever, been adhered too. They professionally and meticulously went through the contract and asked if there was anything to be deleted or added. Then we walked through the whole yard to confirm the trees to be removed and the trees that would be pruned. They discussed with me how much pruning I would like on each tree. Their advice was sound and knowledgeable...and echoed the advice given to me by Travis, the site supervisor, when he assessed the job that would have to be done. My apprehension was considerably lessened concerning the removal and pruning that had to be done. I sat in the kitchen and watched as these young men climbed these very large trees and expertly maneuvered themselves into the most auspicious position to remove limbs without laying damage to the ground or gardens below. I was impressed with their agility and the mental acuity they exercised in order to cause as little harm as possible. I truly didn't think it was possible to complete this huge job in one day without leaving our backyard looking like it had been mercilessly butchered and leaving me with endless days of clean up.
OMG! The yard was left meticulously clean... ALL DEBRIS WAS REMOVED, with the exception of some woodchips which neatly filled the holes where the stumps had been. I couldn't believe what good luck I had had in choosing Arborwood Tree Services. Their prices were comparable to other companies but the time and effort they intially afforded me in explaining what needed to be done, how it would be done and the cleanup that would follow...I jumped on board and...needless to say... I don't have a single regret. This is truly a remarkable outfit and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one searching for a company that will do an outstanding job.
