Good Value, Good Product

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Cochrane

From sales, to creating the windows and installing them, the service was great, the product was good value for the cost, and workers were efficient, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Installation was complicated by the age of my house that required some extra effort to make the exterior look good and uniform. The day after the installation I noticed that some of the finishing calking on the inside of one of the windows was incomplete. Although there was some miscommunication that caused a delay in getting this attended to, it was fixed with reassurance that any problems in the future will be attended to promptly. I would use this company again in the future, and recommend them for their friendly service and the quality of their work.

Window installation great, other service not so much

From sales, to creating the windows and installing them, the service was great, product was good value for the cost, and workers were efficient and respectful. That being said, the day after the installation (late September) I noticed that some of the finishing calking on the inside of one of the windows was incomplete. I called to request that they come back to fix it. I was told someone would call be right away to set this up. A month later, nobody had called, so I called again. After profuse apologies, I was told someone would call me back. That was four months ago, have heard absolutely nothing. So it would seem that service from them is great until they feel that they are done, and then show very little interest in following up if there is an issue. Disappointing.
