YCL is a cost-effective engineer for any home structural inspections.
We contacted Yu Ching in June 2016, response was fast and scheduled home visit within 2 days. My house has a 4' wide wall in between kitchen and living room, I would like to remove it so that I can have some what open concept kitchen.
He inspected load bearing walls, structural beams in the basement and also explained me in details about his findings.
