We have an income property in Hamilton which had a number of issues. Brenda and her team listened to our concerns and responded right away. She was extremely professional and very thorough in doing the work and documenting it with pictures. They did some patching of areas on the roof that were vulnerable to water penetration. A week later, there was more leaking from the roof and her team came back to inspect the work and do some more patching free of charge. I would definitely recommend her team.
