An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
When I contacted Biscaya Home I didn’t know how to create a low maintenance deck area that was safe for my children, appealing and functional. Bernardo and his team took measurements the same day. He gave me different options and then he sent us drawings the next day including cost, time frame to complete the job and availability to begin.
The job was super! Excellent craftsmanship and dealing with Bernardo was a pleasure. Bernardo gave us the option for us to buy all materials, which was great for us. leaving only the labor as the total expense to complete the job. The project began on time and was completed before his dead line. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Biscaya Home to anyone. I will definitely contact Bernardo again for any other renovation needs I will have in the future.
