Basement window parging repair
We had water leaks around our basement windows. The windows didn’t leak, but the seal between the parging and the window frame was poorly done when our house was built. This allowed water to seep through the window framing and into the house, around the top of the windows. J&J replaced the seal on the outside of the frame, around the window, and then put new parging around the windows. We just tested the repair after a couple weeks and no more leaks. They used the correct type of sealant for our climate. We’re happy to finally have leak free windows!
