We bought a house that already had a tankless water heater and we had to take over the contract. We have had these sales people before and always closed the door on them. Guess we were right to do that. This is the biggest sm business we have ever dealt with. We called on multiple occasions stressing that we get no hot water at MOST luke warm they send out the same tech who can not communicate in english JOHN, we have had him come before. First time he replaced a spark plug of some sort. This is the second time we have had him out for the same complaint on March 27, 2015. He came in went to the sink saw there was no hot water went down flashed a light and said "There's something wrong with your pipes in the house" we said what the house has never had a plumbing issue. but to avoid looking like the idit we called a plumber on Sunday March 29, 2015 and had him check out the problem he went straight to the machine and only ran the water through the machine to see if any hot water would come out and sure enough not even luke warm water. They just won't service their HORRIBLE machine all I can say is buyer beware!!!! They are complete sc.ers. I had to call embridge because we noticed are bills were so high the lady told us it could be because we had to put the temp so high just to be able to shower and said we should defiantly be giving ENPURE a call and paying them $46/month their is no reason why they would not service their machine. Well at this point they are being smug laughing off the whole thing and keep insisting its our piping. All I can say is as a consumer I always thought ENPURE was a SM and now I can help all other buyers out there. They are a SM. Next time they come to your door tell them your happy that you have HOT water. Unfortantely with me expecting and a 4 year old daughter and husband we don't have the luxury of HOT water. we get cold 10 min showers.At this point all we have asked is to please just swap the machine for us if its our pipes than a NEW machine wouldn't work right? well they won't this company has failed the consumer and I will ensure to report this everywhere until my problem is resolved. Either I get HOT water or remove your tank so I can pay a company who will in fact service our house with HOT water!!!!
