Jeff has replaced two different skylights for us, about 5 years apart. Both times he was extremely professional. He kept us informed when the skylight would be arriving, came when he said he would and told care not to leave any mess behind. It was like he wasn’t even there. The new skylights look great. The first one is now 5+ years old and has held up great. The second is new but looks much nicer than the old one. I’d highly recommend Jeff/Moore Skyloghts.

From the initial call for a quote, I found the customer service and knowledge to be exemplary. Jeff”s attention to detail was second to none and he was respectful of our time. In doing the work, he minimized the demolition and always cleaned up at the end of the day. He was honest, forth right and knows what he is doing. I definitely would refer Moore Skylights to others. Having sourced many a company to to look at replacing an old skylight I came accross Moore Skylights and Jeff. I would highly recommend Jeff and his work without hestitation. Jeff from our first phone call responded in a manner that epitomized true professionalism and a sense of knowlege beyond repute. The skylight replacement was done when scheduled, within the allotted time Jeff had mentioned. Superior work. He explained all that was to be done beforehand, completed his task as outlined and a full summary when complete. After the work was complete he took the time to clean or remove and work related debris showing a high regard for his customer. I will be using Jeff for an additional sky light in the spring and would recommend him to anyone who wants a job well done and pricing that is fair.

After some very unscrupulous characters got up on our roof to give us a quote on a chimney repair and unbeknownst to us until later, they had damaged our small skylight. I checked out Homestars and found Moore Skylights. Jeff called back very quickly, was most knowledgable, gave us an approximate estimate over the phone, came over in a couple of days to measure up and only asked for a small deposit. Final cost was same as phoneestimate. Installation of replacement skylight was completed to our complete satisfaction. Maybe those unscrupulous characters did us a favour because Jeff found that the wood on our 30 year old plus skylight was rotting.
Our experience with Moore Skylights was one of the most positive we have ever had with anyone who has fixed anything on our house.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff if you need skylight information, repair or replacement. Not only was Jeff very prompt, highly knowledgeable, courteous, neat and tidy, he did an AMAZING job, keeping me informed by text and pictures throughout the job! Our last skylight had been very poorly installed and looked shoddy from the inside. We now have a beautiful skylight inside and out sealed properly on both sides.
