I wanted to brighten up our stairwell, and Jeff Moore was very helpful in walking me through the pros/cons of skylights vs sun tunnels.
In the end, we decided to go with two VELUX sun tunnels (they lit up more areas in our home and were cheaper than a new skylight installation).
From start to finish, Jeff was very professional, keeping me informed every step of the way. His workmanship is excellent, and his prices are competitive. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff's services to everyone.
UPDATE:
The sun tunnels were installed in July of 2019. They've done an excellent job of brightening up our home.
Unfortunately, a section of one sun tunnel came loose last week (the clips/tape that came with the kit failed).
I sent Jeff an email, and received a response the same day. He came by the following week and reattached the loose section, reinforcing it with screws where the clips had failed.
He came right on time and was finished in a half hour. Jeff wore a mask throughout the repairs and maintained social distances.
I am very pleased to say that Jeff stands by his work/products, and I continue to recommend his services to anyone looking to brighten up their homes.
