He provided some very helpful information about the likely cause of the leak and possible courses of action, without any high-pressure sales pitch. Moore skylights arrived at my house within 24 hours and confirmed the source of the leak, taking many pictures to show the exact state of my old skylight. After seeing the evidence, I agreed with the recommendation to replace skylight over a temporary fix, which would have cost hundreds of dollars and would not have substantially extended the life of the old skylight. The final cost aligned with the cost originally quoted on the phone. I am very pleased with the prompt service, level of professionalism and workmanship.
