Moore Skylights did a fantastic job, from beginning to end, at replacing our old and leaking skylight with a new one. From the initial email communication right through to the finished job, Jeff was wonderful; very knowledgeable and professional.
Weather was definitely not on our side and because of that he offered to come out on a weekend to complete our job - something he did not have to do. He answered all of our questions with expertise and really made us feel comfortable about the whole process ensuring that we knew exactly what he would be doing during the replacement.
Jeff took before and after photo's of our roof and skylight which he emailed to us and took the time to explain each photo and provide us with tips for care of our skylight to ensure it lasts well beyond its warranty. He matched the shingles so well, you can't even tell the work was done and he used top quality products.
I would recommend Moore Skylights to anyone - stranger, family, or friend.
