Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Called them with a flooded a basement due to a window issue, I was told that they would access the job before doing anything. Next thing I know is they are ripping out dry wall, baseboards and corner round. Repeatly I asked them to stop and access the window issue. I was also assured that they would not charge my CC but would go through my insurance. Finally I had to ask them to leave they had no idea what they were doing. To top it off the charge charge my CC and did not go through insurance as promised.
