I am submitting this review out of frustration on not hearing back from Besart after multiple calls. He worked on our stucco facade a few years back and provided us with a 10 year warranty on his labor. This warranty is meaningless if he doesn't answer his phone when contacted or screens his call.
Very disappointed with after sales service, he was very responsive when we were awarding the project!
Beware ! You are on your own after the project gets completed.

Hi Private user, I'm sorry to hear that you tried to contact me But If the call wasn't going through that means that I am on vacation out of the country right now and about my phone I don't have too screen my calls for any one this is my phone you don't know anything about my phone? And I know my work and warranty and I am committed to my work and my warranty, which it means if one of my customer ever needs anything I will be there for them 100%. And we really would love to know what is going on with the stucco because you didn't mention anything about it just the warranty usually if something is wrong with the stucco that's when costumer post a review . And for all this years and reviews that I have I never had a complaint about my work and still don't because I do my work 100% I don't play around with my work. But I will contact homestars and find out who you are.
