Frank and team are highly recommended. I renovated my home last year and Frank did all of the duct work and related services. He and his team were always on time, honoured their commitments and pleasant to have around.
This morning, after hearing my furnace make a knocking sound, I called Frank and he sent a service tech over. For a small fee, the tech cleaned my furnace and humidifier, assessed them both, told me what I can expect in terms of their life expectancy, and took down all of my information (including the suspect parts) so that if and when the unit does break, they will be able to order the right parts and do the repairs immediately.
