There were 2 services:
- providing and installing a replacement battery for a laptop computer
- fixing a problem involving the corruption of Windows components in another laptop computer, caused by a faulty update, which rendered the computer useless
Ahmed came to a site that was convenient for me, installed the new battery, and figured out how to fix the Windows problem.
As always, I was completely satisfied with the work, and with Ahmed's professionalism and courtesy.
