We hired Bayview Roofing changed our roof in 2015 due to the powder room ceiling leaking when it’s raining. The job was well done. And, there were no more leaking from ceiling till couple weeks ago. The ceiling started leak again on same spot when it’s raining. According the warranty agreement, we called Bayview Roofing few times, of course nobody picked up. We left messages, but never get any replies. It’s very disappointed with the company’s warranty.
