Reimagine builders provided a streamlined, efficient, cost effective and all around great experience when it came to our basement development. Absolutely would, and have, recommended their services. All off the staff and contractors were professional, and respectful of being in our home. Of course, with projects of this size, there will changes or hiccups along the way, however all were remedied promptly and fairly. Highlights would be a project schedule up front, so you know exactly where you're at in the timeline, and what to expect for that day(s). This was followed to a T, with the project completed on time. Also, no massive garbage bin taking up your driveway for months on end, everything was hauled away at the end of each day or two. In the interest of fairness and full disclosure, our only negative would be the company responsible for the cabinetry. Communication was challenging, and product knowledge seemed lacking which ultimately resulted in errors upon placement and installation. However, Reimagine made it right.
