I zoom The i and his dad were the ones to install the doors and capping. They got there early and left just after noon . They were neat a cleaned up after. Definitely recommend them to others. Job well done

Received a very professional estimate. After I agreed to the estimate, Rob ordered the part. I was not asked for a deposit which was very new to me as most companies ask for deposit first.
Door was professionally installed.

The garage doors were ready even earlier than promised and Rob did excellent job, removing the old garage doors, installing and tuning the new ones, and cleaning the place. We've only had the new garage door and opener for one day so far, but we are in love! It has increased our curb appeal greatly, better insulated the garage and therefore our home, and it is sooo QUIET! Our old opener system worked, but this is certainly an upgrade. Rob's quote was fair and he was very upfront about all options, costs, and honest about what he deemed necessary vs. a luxury/esthetics; this is what secured our business (and made us go all in with our package haha). He was on time with the estimated schedule (3 weeks from approval), completed the installation early, and took the time to go through all the maintenance, warranty, and need to know items to keep it running smoothly. We could not be happier and will recommend to everyone we know - Thanks again!

Due to Covid 19 it took while for the garage door install to happen, due parts etc. Actually it worked in my favour I got upgrade of the garage door and the motor. Rob's work is clean, personable and professional. This is my second time using him and I would use him again. Prices are competitive, he does the work himself so no third party installations.

Rob provided us with a competitve quote and asked for no money down.

Due to COVID, it took longer for the doors to be manufactured but Rob kept us in the loop.

On the day of the installation he was punctual and the doors were installed in a timely manner. The doors look fantastic and I would highly recommend Direct Overhead Doors & Rob, so much so my sister-in-law also had him replace her garage doors!
