From the initial meeting to the actual garage door installation, Rob was very reliable, friendly, and transparent. He took the time to understand our preferences and incorperated that with his own expertise to help us find the perfect style door for our home. The door itself was installed within the projected timeline, and Rob kept us informed throughout. Our new garage door looks amazing and we would definitely recommend Direct Overhead Doors!

Direct Overhead Doors had great customer service from start to finish! Rob was very courteous and professional. The pricing was very competitive and the timeline we were given for delivery and installation was very good. Rob was very good at explaining what their process is and had lots of options for door selection. During installation Rob and his dad were very professional and neat, they even discussed with me yearly maintenance and how to get longevity out of our new door. They did a thorough cleanup after. I appreciated their service from start to finish and will and have recommended them to anyone interested in replacing their garage door.

Due to supplier issues during COVID, doors took a bit longer than normal to arrive, but Rob communicated this and answer questions.

Day of install, he arrived on time and the doors + capping done by noon.
