I trusted the views of others on the quality of this company's workmanship. However, and unfortunately, the review lead me astray and I have had all my trees hacked. The backyard was left in a mess and I am now frustrated with the lack of ownership for their poor workmanship and poor customer service.

Eco Tree Care upholds the highest level of workmanship and professional accreditation, as well as education in the arboriculture industry in the Kingston region. This rating is unacceptable as Eco Tree Care was hired to complete this work back in October of 2016. A site assessment and written estimate was provided and agreed upon at which time the work was carried out and completed within two weeks. When crew left the site all parties were satisfied and invoicing/payment took place.
A follow up call was made by your mother Gina in May of 2017 to address issues with the work that was completed back in October. At that point another site assessment took place with the same individual that estimated the work.
The issue that was brought up, was the fact that there are some small dead branches that were left in the canopy of the trees. At which time the estimator explained that Eco Tree Care was not hired to complete full pruning/deadwooding of these trees.
Eco Tree Care was hired to remove a number of other trees and provide clearance from the house for the remaining trees which was achieved.
Eco Tree Care does accept ownership for leaving a 6'x10" Manitoba Maple Stump, which will be removed as stated by our estimator at no charge. For further explanation regarding this matter please feel free to contact John Madden at Eco Tree Care.
