I put off replacing the old third floor dormer windows for 20 years because I was afraid I wouldn't find a good product or good workmen. I discovered Premier this year: Michelle's estimate was very professionally done, the windows are excellent, and Leo's craftsmanship and the execution of the installation and all repairs were outstanding!
