This review is long overdue. Steve goes over and beyond the call of duty. No words can express our deep respect and gratitude for him. Not only has he inspected two homes for us over the years, each time, he does a fantastic job educating us while he meticulously finds important things to be fixed in house.
We trust Steve in our house. Every time I call him about a question, he strives to solve it over the phone. One time after the inspection was done, I sent him an email and immediately he was on his way to my house. Not only did he help me figure out the issue in the house, he also helped me fix the water heater too. My problem was solved and He saved me calling the company with his expertise and dedication. We trust Steve in all our housing needs. Steve goes over everything and is very pleasant and we trust him in our home. He is passionate about what he does and he is very very good at it. His report is thorough, clear and easy to understand. My husband and I feel very lucky to have found Steve, because not everyone does a good job nowadays- but Steve is the top in his knowledge in this field- and he is so passionate about his work that he even refused to charge me for any house call he made after the inspection was over.
