Aaadrain

Due to a leaky basement I decided to waterproof my basement and could not be happier with the services provided by Slavik from aaadrain. I also decided to have a Back Water Valve installed at the same time. I was able to make use of the Rebate offered by the City for such installations. The work provided was of the highest quality and my basement is now dry and I have peace of mind even during the worst rainstorms. I would like to give Slavik and aaadrain my highest recommendation.

In Jan.2015 I had faced with drain back-up in my 65-year-old house. I called several companies, and got best explanations and deal from AAADRAIN. Slavik came immediately, in spite weather cast crew had worked all next day. Problem was resolved very fast and highly professional! After job was done, Slavik did check all my drain system with camera.

I had gathered a few quotes from waterproofing companies in the area. They all insisted on excvating around the house with big machines, which I really wanted to avoid. Slavik from AAAdrain was the only one who was willing to meet my request and have it all hand dug, and for a fair price. The crew showed up on time and completed the job in a reasonable time frame. My gorunds were kept clear of all excess soil and waste. They did a very thorough job, and I do not expect to see water in mybasementbasement again. . Great job overall.

I hired AAAdrain after getting several estimates. The work was excellent and the service as expected from a professional firm. My basement is dry now and I can develop it as planned.

Around two weeks ago i discovered that all the water i drain was coming out of the floor drain in the basement. Called AAADrain because they're located in my area (Etobicoke). The technician came the same day, in 4 hours after my call. He ran the camera trough the sanitary pipe and located the problem in building trap. i was told that they have to excavate outside to remove the sanitary trap, but the good news was that for just a little extra they will install an exterior backwater valve for me and help me with a rebate program. That "extra" was such a small amount that i did 't even think twice and agreed to work right away. Slavko and his crew came next day and started an excavation. They were very clean, accurate and respectful to my property. The work was done safe and sound. They called the inspection, and passed it day after next. Seems like the drainpipe works well now, and i already applied for the rebate. Thank you Slavko and AAADrain for all your hardwork and concern.

I had backup in my basement. I found Slavko online and called him. He came very fast to my house and checked with his snake machine and camera the pipe. Tree roots were in there. Next day, Slavko came to me, replaced the pipe, and put two new clean outs. He spent one day on the repair. Slavko did a great job!
