I replaced all the windows in my home with Vinyl Pro windows which I purchased through the service provider Renova Windows and Doors. One of the windows was made incorrectly as the insert color did not match what was documented in the work order / contract. The window is a feature window at the front of my home and with that in mind wanted the error corrected. I have been waiting since September 2021 for Vinyl Pro to correct the problem. I have followed up countless times with Renova and Vinyl Pro...it's now June 2022. If you're considering new windows ask your service provider who they get them from. If it's Vinyl Pro, I suggest you go elsewhere.
June 10 - the service technician from Vinyl Pro finally installed the replacement window insert today. When the work was done, the technician said that he had a request from the owner of the company to remove my negative review.
