We decided that it was time for a facelift of our bungalow home.

We called a few contractors, and Luc was the first one to respond. We told him what we were looking for, and he made a few recommendations.
After checking out some reviews of RevoVaction and numerous chats with Luc. We choose them to do the work.
Everything went very very smooth. Luc was on site pretty much everyday if not every two days. He always talked to us to see if there was anything we were concerned about.
Corey and his crew replaced the siding, which was a big job, and did awesome work (very consciences workers)
Serge and his crew installed the Versetta stone (another big job). They are very particular in their work, and it turned out GREAT!

We had Luc and his crew remove and replace old aluminum siding on our 1960 story&1/2 last November. Luc was fantastic, walked us through options, colours, trim. Opted for Prodigy insulated siding plus a layer of insulating board. His crew is amazing, prompt, clean, and importantly, very competent. Their attention to detail meant the results were better than expected. Looks fantastic and we noticed significant improvement in both heat retention last winter and cooling this summer. Lots of inquiries about the job by friends, neighbours and walk-by's! Job so good the crew is next door re-siding neighbour's home. When a reno job goes without a hitch, you can't recommend highly enough!

Serge and his crew constructed a beautiful composite backyard deck which improved our outdoor living space. The project included correcting several issues created by previous contractors. It is always more difficult and time consuming to resolve the mistakes of others. Serge patiently worked to finish the project on schedule given material shortages. Luc was on site to provide inspiration and guidance with his comprehensive knowledge of renovations. He obtained site plans and permits to respect building code requirements for city inspector approval. Luc regularly visited the site to ensure the work was completed to the standard specified by our contract. They are a little expensive but without hesitation returned to address all customer concerns. Remember you get what you pay for in life. This was the third occasion the team was hired for renovation projects. We will keep them in mind for future projects based on their exceptional performance. We maintained a solid relationship with the owner, office staff and site crews based on honesty and trust.

Luc set clear expectations and followed contract for our full house siding renovation. The Renovaction office staff were on point, always responsive. The knowledgeable and hardworking staff on site were skilled, positive, polite and willing to discuss issues and solutions. They all went above and beyond.

This company won't give you the lowest quote... but no other company could compare for quality, service and results. We strongly recommend this team.

Luc and Serge and his crew did a great job. Luc was always around to make the sure job was going well and to answer questions. Our “simple” windows and siding job turned into re-positioning two windows and new tile in both the bathroom and kitchen. RenovAction had no problem tackling these addons.
We’re extremely happy with how both the interior and exterior turned out.
We’d like to have Luc back in the future to do the remaining windows.
