We had put off doing some interior work based on concerns of costs and what to do, Rodrigo did a good job of limiting what needed to be done and suggesting next steps. His quote broke out the materials and labour to help us understand where the money was going (unlike some other contractors we have seen - who just give a single price). We actually ended up adding some more work once we felt comfortable with him, and for the few items that were not perfect after cleanup was done, Rodrigo insisted on coming back to redo/finish them up. If dealing with other contractors was this easy we would have done it long ago!
