My Victorian house is tall (three storeys) and the downspouts visible from the street were wrong on three counts: led into city drain instead of onto lawn; high diagonal joined two to become one; sand colour was eyesore. He came promptly, gave intelligent suggestions, and called back for appointment when weather suitable. Work done effectively, he checked my preferences at several points, left the site clean. Highly satisfactory.
