Mallion Aluminum

We replaced our eavestroughs and downspouts. We contacted four companies and Mallion was one of the first to visit our house and to give us a formal estimate. We were able to speak to Petar throughout the weekend to ask questions about the quote. The job was particularly difficult because of the close proximity of our house to our neighbour's. Petar identified this issue on his first visit to our home and was able to install the new eavestroughs despite the tight space.

They replaced our old soffit fascia and eaves. The finished work looks great and was completed to the quote originally given.

Until now i had never given a perfect score on Homestars but this guy fully deserves it. i originally approached three contractors and Petar was the first one to respond and to provide a quote; he was friendly, listened to my needs and clearly explained what he would do and how he would do it. More importantly, the job looks great and they kept my place clean.

After 8 years of living with poorly installed and maintained eaves
troughs we were ready to replace. We had also learned a few things about slope and direction of flow. Petar explained everything he would do very clearly and executed the job perfectly. He is on every job himself and gets it right the first time. He pays particular attention to fitting pipes that have to be joined to avoid leaks. It's rare to find a tradesman who can perform the job so well and communicate so effectively.

Last week some high winds separated a few pieces of aluminium fascia from the side of my house. I contacted a few companies, and Petar from Mallion was the first to respond. Petar and I agreed on a time for him to come by the house to take a look; he communicated that he could likely do the repair at the same time. Petar arrived at the promised time and met with me to discuss the issue and quote the job. We agreed on the quote, and Petar got to work. A short time later the repair was complete!

Eventually a few other companies responded to my inquires and asked more dollars to show up at the house for a service call than Mallion's final bill.

Overall working with Mallion was an ideal home repair experience. 10/10. I'll be sure to call them again for any aluminium work on the house.

Petar was punctual and responsive, the workmanship was clearly high quality, and he even went out of his way to solve other problems he encountered. (with the prior owners poor installation..)

They were very competitive in their estimate. The restored the integrity of my windows by capping and caulking all my windows around my home. They were thorough, clean, and left my property in an immaculate condition. They capping was very elaborate and they are definitely skilled masters in their trade. Highly recommended.
