Petar runs his own business, he cares about the excellent craftsmanship and completes the job to the customers 100 % satisfaction. What was supposed to take 2 days, we worked continuously with his crew and ended up finishing it in one. Don't expect Petar to be a kind of project manager that just inspects the job, he works along his crew, supervising to ensure that the job is done right.

Our eaves troughs and downspouts needed to be replaced quickly due to leaking that were causing pooling of water around our foundation. We contacted Mallion Aluminum for a quick quote. The service was excellent from day one. Petar and his team were very professional and did an excellent job proposing efficient drainage solutions for the new eaves troughs and downspouts; resulting in a complete eventual disconnection from the city sewage system. I had been wanting to have my wavy and leaking eavestroughs replaced for years but just never got around to doing the research required and calling companies for quotes. In early June I saw Mallion Aluminum installing new eaves troughs on my neighbours home across the street from me and asked Petar for a rough idea of a price. He nicely explained that he couldn’t give me a rough quote as he needed to accurately measure my home but would be glad to come over later and speak with me. After a long day working on my neighbours home he came over and spoke with me about my eavestroughs and measured the house for my quote. Even with it being late in the day I received an emailed written quote within hours. The quote included helpful links to his supplier that reinforced what Petar had told me about the products he used and this helped make my decision to move forward that much easier. Also included with the quote was a scheduled installation date that again made it easy for me to check my schedule and confirm that it worked for me. Petar and Raul showed up on the scheduled installation date and did a great job installing our new fascia and eavestroughs. Petar was always helpful when I had questions and kept the area around our house especially clean. I have not always had good experiences with companies doing work for me and never felt comfortable giving a company a very positive review, but in this case I would highly recommend Petar and his team at Mallion Aluminum if you are looking to have any eaves troughs work done on your home. I so highly recommend Mallion Aluminum that before he left I asked Petar for some business cards to give to my neighbours.

Peter has demonstrated his expertise in Eavestrough constructions, functionality, and installation. He was attentive to detail and accommodated a number of extra requests for repairing holes on the roof flashing and fascia. Highly recommended.

While the quote was competitive - it was the sense of his commitment to deliver a quality experience that made me choose to work with them. He even came back a second time to ensure the colour choice was the correct one. He is very busy and well organized. His team is responsive and hard working.
