From the initial moment I talked to Ani on the phone to inquire her about the possibility of helping us with an issue caused by another aluminum company who did work on our soffit/eaves/fascia a couple of months ago (i.e. the other aluminum company installed the (perforated) aluminum soffit underneath our wooden soffit without making any vent holes which would certainly not help with the ventilation/moisture issue we were facing!!) to the date Ani and Petar came to our house to perform the work for us, everything was very smooth and pleasant. We were all well aware that it was from the bad workmanship by another aluminum company, but both Petar and Ani would gladly help fix the issue for us and certainly tried to provide me the best and most cost-effective solutions for me and for our house, not to mention they would schedule and come to my house on a weekend (as they were fully booked for the weekdays) in accommodating us.
After looking at some work performed by Petar in getting the vent holes, I’ve realized that it was certainly not an easy task nor a “clean” job to do, however, Petar did perform the work very delicately as if he was doing it for his own house and also provided some suggestions in what else needs to be fixed for better ventilation/air-circulation of the house.
Thank you very much again, Petar/Ani, for everything and I will certainly contact you for any aluminum needs (i.e. siding) in the future!
