After looking for a long time we went with Scott & his team from WPI mainly based on gut & references. He was able to get us the dates we wanted, helped us work through a major kitchen & main floor Reno including ceilings, with 3 kids & 2 dogs & a cat. There was a few hiccups here & there throughout the Reno mainly with trades that Scott always helped deal with in a timely manner.
He helped us vision a different layout for our kitchen than we could imagine & was there for us step by step. It was done on time & within budget! Ty! We would definitely use WPI again & recommend them going forward!
One feedback that we could offer is to have more available time to answer questions or trouble shoot after hours. We are both shift workers & sometimes the 8-4 mon-fri hours aren't alway the best time for everyone to take calls, troubleshoot or answer questions etc. Even adding in 1-2 evenings/week for clients.
