Brad and his crew did a fantastic job and were diligent about cleaning up after the work was completed. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Brad was able to keep in contact by phone and text from our first inquiry about the job up until the day of the work. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any Tree service work.

We had Brad and his crew out to significantly cut back a tree in our backyard, have a cedar hedge trimmed down/back and our eaves cleaned out. From initially contacting Brad for a quote to the job being complete, it was a very pleasant experience. They are a really nice bunch of guys. Brad even called back on a holiday to set up a time to come to our house to give us a Quote! They did a great job, left everything very tidy, and did the job at a very reasonable price. Would definitely have them back for future jobs, and recommend them to friends.

Brad & his team were hired to removed an extremely large limb on a 33 year old Honey Locust situated on our front property that over hung the roof of the house. They took the limb down in pieces & with ease...they worked in a professional manner... exercising safety first & thinking through every cut. The clean-up following the work was great...& the cut wood was picked up & hauled away shortly after the work was done. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship, professionalism the price & the courtesy of the Macarthur team! Well Done!

I hired Brad and his team to prune a majestic Katsura tree as well as trim other shrubs around our bungalow. First off Brad is very personable as is his team. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up all the debris. I would highly recommend this company. This company is a 10 out of 10 for me!

This is by far the best company I ever dealt with. I checked 4 companies including Macarthur’s Home Services. They left unforgettable impression to me. I would give them 10+ if I could. They cut big tree and pruned other 2 trees on my property. Very professional, skillful and fast. The cleanup they did is amazing, you wouldn’t tell that anyone was even there when I inspected the work. All that and very reasonable price. I wish we had more honest and professional companies around like MacArthur.

Brad and his crew did a great job. The tree branches that we needed cut were in a tricky area that also involved telephone lines. They seemed to have no problem. Cleaned up everything. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Brad and his team pruned our maple trees and did some removal for us. We were very happy with their work and highly recommend them. They are friendly, helpful, flexible and courteous. They went above and beyond to help with some extra work that came up during the day. Their price was fair and reasonable compared to our other quotes. We will definitely hire them again when needed!

Brad and the boys came in on time and completes the entire job as they promised. No fuss and no drama like too many other contractors have. A great service provider and one that I will surely recommend to friends and neighbours.

He and his crew have a great eye and not only did hey do great work but did so with an artist eye so that the trees looked balanced and appealing. Prompt, courteous and efficient. The property was left tidy and neat. Will definitely recommend and use his crew again.

My neighbour had a tree that was extending to my roof. Brad and his crew pruned the tree to my satisfaction. He cleaned everything up and took the excess branches. His prices were very reasonable. He was a pro in dealing with. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for everything.
