When we originally spoke to star engeneering we asked if they had done a report of the nature that we were looking for and the response was yes we just did one in December. When we showed up for a meeting after the initial assessment, Dorel told us that based on the information collected that he would write that everything was in good condition and no further action was required but once the report was writing and sent to the city the report now stated more investigation is needed. We were then told by Dorel that he was not has qualified to do the job needed.
