Responsive, Friendly, and Informative!
First time homeowner and first time purchasing a water softener and reverse osmosis system.
Tom quickly responded to my inquiry and was able to promptly schedule an in-home consultation. He was very friendly and provided with me all the information regarding the quality of my water and the available products. He did not make me feel pressured to purchase anything and was more than happy to answer all of my questions.
On the install day, he was right on-time, great with my nosey dog and cat, and ensured all the install areas were left clean and tidy. At the end, Tom took the time to give my family a walkthrough of the water softener and reverse osmosis systems, both use and maintenance.
